Sofa Remus is composed of a wooden carcass, fitted with metal nosag springs, topped with Bonell inner springing and HR cold foam. This is a high-quality filling that softens in use. You sit on a box spring, as it were.

Depending on body weight and intensity of use, the filling and springs decrease in stiffness by 10% in the initial phase, eventually remaining constant at 85% of new value. The fabric will loosen a little in use, creating space and slight creasing. This is normal.

A rib fabric can flatten due to body heat, weight and moisture. Flattening means that the pile of the fabric is compressed and lies flat, instead of standing upright.
