ROSA.living

Meet interior design professional Rosalie who, after a career as Sales and Store Manager, changed course and followed her passion. Interior design consultancy ROSA.Living was a reality. In the houses where Rosalie has lived, she was always the first occupant. Each time it was a delightful challenge to take off the 'new construction' and create coziness. Her style can be described as Urban Chic; a warm, neutral base, complemented by cool elements and a statement here and there. Discover now how Rosalie has styled corner sofa Nomi and element sofa Finn!

Get to know ROSA.living

Rosalie offers different interior design packages. It always starts with an informal telephone conversation to get acquainted. This is followed by a home visit to get to know each other better and to get a good impression of the wishes and the spaces. The mood board of the client is the starting point, which during the design process is regularly tested against the original idea.

Rosalie came across By SIDDE's collection of designer sofas by chance on Instagram. She is now an expert by experience, as they sit on Sommer corner sofa at home. The stain-resistant treated fabric is very practical, especially with a little girl in the house. Rosalie likes to apply a designer sofa from By SIDDE in her interior design. An additional advantage is the super fast delivery time.

"The friends' books from back in the day always said I wanted to be an interior designer."

Inspiration

Rosalie follows interior trends closely. Trend lectures, international interior design magazines, city trips, fairs and events are a source of inspiration. A favorite pastime is collecting unique interior design items from different countries.

Disco versus Naturel

A total of two By SIDDE designer sofas were styled in the Eerbeek studio. Rosalie started with corner sofa Nomi, using the name of the fabric color 'Groovy Grey' as inspiration. The hip - groovy disco balls combined with shades of silver, blue and purple create an exciting but harmonious look.

Element sofa Finn takes on a different style. Whereas designer sofa Nomi is organically designed, modular sofa Finn is more cubist in itself. With round shapes in the painting, rug, coffee table and warm tones in the decorative pillows and other accessories, a soft, comfortable atmosphere is created.

Interior design advice from Rosalie

Although people often know what they like, it can be difficult to create a cohesive whole. "I always start an interior design consultation from the mood board, so that the style is clear. This forms a nice guideline that can be checked each time during the process to see if it is still correct."

By-SIDDE-interiorstylist-ROSA.living-furniture plan

When choosing large pieces of furniture, such as a designer sofa, it is important to pay attention to how the shape and color match the mood picture. In addition, use a floor plan to check if the seating fits well in the room and if the layout is balanced.

"Art, as far as I am concerned, is allowed to be a little abrasive."
