Delivery of sofas, hockers and headrests:
Your ordered item will be made for you directly in our factory. It will be delivered to your home within 7 to 9 days in The Netherlands and Belgium. For all other countries we have an avarage delivery time of 2-3 weeks. You can select your preferred delivery date in the ordering process. Delivery to the Islands belonging to a country is not possible. (If there are different delivery times, this will be stated on the homepage)

Delivery of rugs, cushions and coffee tables:
We have your ordered item in stock, which is why we can ship it to you quickly. You can therefore expect the item within a few days. You will receive a track & trace to follow the shipment.

If you would like to receive your order at a later delivery time, this is of course possible. You can select a delivery date in the order system up to 6 weeks in the future.

Is your desired delivery date further in the future? Then select the latest delivery date and email info@bysidde.com after placing the order. Indicate when you would like your order to be delivered and include your order number. We will send you an e-mail confirming the change.

If you want to make a change to the product you have ordered, for example a change in the fabric colour, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@bysidde.com. We will send you a confirmation of the change by e-mail.

Until a few days before delivery, contact and delivery details can still be changed. Please email info@bysidde.com for this as well.
