How do I report a complaint?
Do you have a complaint about a product? If so, please contact us at info@bysidde.com . Our team at By SIDDE does its utmost to make your order with great care in our factory and deliver it to you to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the product or service we have delivered, we will be happy to help you as follows.
Send an email to info@bysidde.com with a description of your complaint with clear pictures. You will receive a written substantive response by email from our service team within 3 working days. A complaint may relate to the delivered product or the service.
In the case of a justified complaint, By SIDDE will suggest how to resolve it. The solution will be implemented within 4 weeks. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided, you can also submit your complaint to the Geschillencommissie of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk.
