"I think it's beautiful to give old things a new life. Sometimes I see something and think: I can do that too, but in my own way."

Green sofa as an eyecatcher in the living room
When Juul gave her old sofa to her younger sister, the search for a new one began. She was torn between the Lova and Molli models from By SIDDE, but eventually chose the modular Molli sofa in Warm Olive.
After requesting a free fabric sample kit, she remained undecided between green, yellow, and bronze. Her boyfriend made the final call: it had to be green!
The olive green sofa fits perfectly with her colorful interior and vintage furniture. Thanks to the separate modules, Juul can easily change the layout. For instance, the corner sofa previously stood as a straight sofa with a separate armchair in the room. Ideal, because she loves changing the layout of her interior!
"I find it ideal that you can shift the elements around. I love changing things in the house, so being modular is really nice."
Tips for a colorful and cozy living room
According to Juul, atmosphere is all about the details. Plants, warm lighting, candles, and colorful tableware immediately make a living room cozier. Combine vintage finds with modern furniture and choose accessories that truly suit you.
She also has a tip for the bedroom: paint the ceiling in the same color for a calm, unified look.
Her most important piece of advice? You don't have to change everything at once. Setting up your interior step by step is exactly what creates a personal home.
