Frame
Where many outdoor sofas have a wooden frame that can suffer from rain and moisture, SOL is made of 100% aluminium. This means the sofa is not only lighter in weight, but also completely stainless and weatherproof.
The under springing is made with nosag springs, just like in our high-quality indoor sofas, and is combined with recycled foam. This foam allows humidity to be passed through faster. Is your terrace not quite horizontal? No problem, with the adjustable legs you will always sit straight.
Upholstery
Outdoor fabric Era is made of solution-dyed fibres. That means the fabric is dyed through and through, minimising discolouration by sunlight. Colourfastness is 7 to 8, the highest possible score!
The fabric has been given a moisture- and water-repellent layer. If liquid spills on it, it rolls off the fabric, so to speak. Or, if it stays on in droplets, as when lemonade is spilt, it can be wiped up. With larger amounts of water, when it rains, the water will be absorbed into the fabric. The fabric dries quickly so you can quickly sit again. In addition, this fabric is breathable and comfortable. No sticky feeling during hot summer days.
SOL is availeble in 7 stylish colours. The upholstery is not removable but easy to clean with soap and water. Fabric Era is by itself grease, dirt and mould resistant.

Maintenance
Element sofa Sol can stay outside all year round. Fabric Era is grease-dirt and mould-resistant. The sofa is easy to clean with soap and water. You can also buy separate protection covers for each element. A cover is not necessary, but if you want to keep the sofa beautiful for extra years, it is advisable to cover the sofa elements in autumn and winter. Or to keep them dry under a porch, for example.
