You can try out your ordered By SIDDE sofa at home for 30 days. If the delivered sofa is not to your satisfaction, it can be registered once for a return or exchange. For an exchange, regardless of the reason, the 30-day trial period does not start over. The delivery date of your first sofa is the start date for the 30-day trial guarantee.

For an exchange, in addition to any difference in purchase price, delivery and assembly costs of €99 will be charged again.

In the case of a return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of your order, excluding the delivery costs, via the payment method used for your order.

If you prefer to test the sofa before placing your order, you are welcome to visit one of our showrooms.

Yes, with our full-service delivery, we take care of everything. For €99, our transport partner delivers the sofa into your living room, places it where you want, and ensures it is fully assembled. All packaging materials are taken away, so you can immediately enjoy your new sofa.

Our carrier delivers your ordered sofa up to the 4th floor, provided it is easily accessible. Delivery above the 4th floor is only possible if there is an internal lift that can accommodate the sofa or its sections.

If the sofa needs to be delivered via stairs, please carefully measure the stair height and width to ensure the sofa can be delivered without problems. If in doubt, you can always contact us.

If there is no internal lift and the sofa cannot be delivered over the stairs, it may be possible to use a moving lift for the delivery. This moving lift should be arranged by yourself, our carrier doesn't have this possibility.

Once you place your order, we start working on it immediately. Your sofa can be delivered to your home within 2-3 weeks. If you prefer to receive your sofa in a later week, that’s of course no problem. During the ordering process, you can also select a later delivery week.
